Edited V style crosshair CLEO?

You know how the GTA V HUD (i hate GTA V HUD) mod disables dynamic crosshair and makes your crosshair stay the same size even when u shoot?
Can somebody make a standalone version of that crosshair feature so that i can troll people by looking like im using spread recoil hack but actually am not xD

If think if you search on google you can find some crosshair mods that do not expand when you shoot I had one.

Tis can only be done with a CLEO/ASI,not txd ive tried
