CLEO Help error loading plugin sampfuncs.asi in windows 10 pls help me

I have SAMP version 0.3.7R1. and asi loader. tried almost all sholutions to fix but nothing worked. And when I installed SAMP and sampfuncs in my other windows 11 pc, it is working fine. any solutions pls

Bro, did everything from the video. but didn't worked this time, it's not showing any error. but in loading screen, it's not showing the blasthack.net and that customized screen when loading :/
