Help Error loading plugin Sampfuncs.asi

I tryed to copy samfuncs on my friends computer. I copy sampfuncs.asi in the root folder but when connecting to server i get this error: Error loading plugin sampfuncs.asi
I copyed my vorbis dll files for him. But no changes. Then I installed silent asi loader. This gives no error but sampfuncs not loaded.
He is using windows 10 and GTA SA 1.0.
What is the problem? Any fixes?

Sampfuncs not loaded then there is no sampfuncs log.

The 1st time your game runs the sampfuncs folder is created with the text document that has the logs in it, at least i think.. don't u have a sampfuncs folder?

Hm.. i don't know :/ Try using this sampfuncs.asi, it's the one i use, it's the newest version

I tryed Standard cleo 4.1 asi loader + silent asi loader + asi loader (no names). cleo asi loader cant load sampfuncs and write error and run game without sampfuncs. Same as other asi loaders but no error message.
Tryed older verisons and no changes.
Should i set something in the windows?

I just installed dx9 on his computer. Now it works!

Do you have gta_sa 1.0 US version?
Use any asi loader and you must create SAMPFUNCS folder on your gta sa main dir
