Sorry I don't know anything about coding and scripting stuff, so I want to ask just one question:
Is it possible for a player to write a fake chat message (synced for others) with another's player nickname? Like tha admins' /fakechat command.

Nope, server sided.
You can fake a chat message but it won't be synced.
