CLEO Help FPS Limiter

so recently i discovered this thing called crashes-v2.4 which fixes some things. and now i would like to limit my fps 100 without using anything such as fraps. Is there some sort of Cleo mod maybe to limit my fps to 100. I tried using the samp /limitfps command but it only works for a max of 90 FPS but doesn't even cap it at 90 with my Frame Limiter ON just caps it at 60.

This is russian, and don't even think to download anything from any link in this video's description, even though it contains that cleo pack in the end, firstly you will get ad malware by launching that exe

Yea,but ads are removable by some kind of cleaner,also some time ago i downloaded it without exe by editing download site ,but i cant remember it

CMD: /fpslimit 100 for example
