Help /fpslimit problem

Hi UGBASE I'm having a problem with my /fpslimit I want to get around 34 fps like I do on MTA because it feels better and easier to control cars etc but when I do /fpslimit 34 My fps keep staying at 91 I can't get it lower. Can anyone help me out here.

Frame limiter locks it at 60fps but I want to set the fps limit to what I want for example I want 34fps in game as on MTA I get that and I get good gampelay.

That happend to me on windows 10 only, and it's a simple trick to fix it.

Disable the FPS Unlocker.
