So i connect to a server on frosty vpn check my ip its not different i connect to the tcp server than the ordinary server whats problem

If you want a working VPN compatible with SAMP, search for a PPTP VPN, some VPN's change a different mask of our IP's on the web but not all of them are made for gaming.

Yea. Use Hotspotshield, and be banned on every samp server xD
