So recently I started using CLEO and I got all of the mods to work except for Fugga and iTroLL by opcode.exe. I go in game and type in "fugga" but nothing happens. If I'm missing a special program needed could someone please provide a link and what to do? Thanks in advance. Here are some pics of my GTA folders.
