GT SA Sniper slow/constant/gradual zoom in

Couple of years ago, when I used to play SAMP, I downloaded something that let me zoom-in my sniper with the press of keyboard key. 

Instead of scrolling, I could hold down the assigned key and zoom-in
I liked it
But I lost it

Now I can't recall its name.
Could anyone give me the link to it?

Why are you even playing SAMP while you do not know complete controls of San Andreas...
You dont need CLEO or some trash item. JUST
Aim using sniper and press X and Z key to zoom

Also please learn how to spell GTA SA instead of GT SA, this isnt a car racing bla bla shit game like need for speed.
