I have downloaded a new brazillian gta san andreas, this gta san andreas was installed with a speedometer and a few d3d9 DLLs. I've read a note that if I want to remove the speedometer I have to remove speedsets.exe and d3d9.dll. I have tried ermoving them both but it resulted in decreasing my fps by 80 or something(it was 180 and it became 100) so I was wondering if someone could modify those .dll or something and remove the speedometer from them? (as far as I know those DLLs are supposed to be for directX)

Both bullshit
Dll cannot be edited  they can only be created so you need the source of it and plus that d3d9.dll seems to limit the fp.
