Sometimes I got the problem after a samp crash report that gta_sa.exe is still shown in task manager.
The ram is frozen and I can't end the process or process structure.
I tried also to kill the process with cmd using "[tt]taskkill /pid ID[/tt]" and "[tt]taskkill /pid ID /f[/tt]"
But it didn't help. cmd said the process is closed successful, but it still appears in task manager and I also can't start another gta_sa.exe / samp because I'm getting another crashreport that says my game is already running (multiprocess doesn't work too)
The only solution I found is restarting my computer, but are there any other options? Like to crash the exe completely or something?
