CLEO Help Gta_sa.exe stops working on Win 8

Hey guys, i have a problem and dont know how to fix after many tries i downloaded new cracks 1.0 US version but still same shit, i tried to change compatibility to older versions both on samp and gta but still same thing happens, here´s a video so u guys see what im talking about  :yesyes:

if you have d3d9 files (d3dx9_29.dll etc...) in gta_sa directory remove them.

I downloaded new gta bro and downgraded it tp 1.0 also have crack 1.0 US Singleplayer works perfectly but samp doesnt work, it doesnt even want to start the game!

Rename your GTA folder.

I did and nothing happens samp doesnt start gta even if i locate gta to samp!
