I want to publish the latest source code of my project called "H3X Project". It wasn't the best s0beit, but has some useful functions xD

why not just release the code for the functions? it will be smaller and help more to people who will convert your mods into cleo (and people who do not have visual studio)

It's a source code release, no functions release lol. Anyway, it's a good idea.
