Hello UG-Base Community. Well, this is not really a release, this is some kind of a "how to" but I'll provide the Cleo you'll need for this, it has been posted already but I'll include the link.
Alright, the thing is that OG-RP, better known as P:LA has a pretty shitty anti-cheat.
Lets say, you've purchased a normal shotgun from the gun store, or a colt45.
By reading this you will find out how to turn a normal shotgun into a spas12 or swap any other weapon.
Let me explain this a little better.
You can swap these weapons:
Colt45/Silenced Colt45 -> Desert Eagle
Shotgun -> Spas12 (Even to a Sawn Off, anti-cheat won't ban you but admins will if they find out you did not donate.)
AK -> M4
Country Rifle -> Sniper Rifle
And you can even turn a Baseball Bat into a Katana and so on, I guess you get the point.
If you swap a weapon, you will hold the swapped weapon in your hand but the server thinks you still got, lets say, a AK-47 in your inventory, but you actually don't.
Now you can open your vehicle trunk and store the AK-47 (Even if you're holding a M4 by now) and it will store and SYNC the M4.
Means you keep the AK-47 and got a M4 out of nothing.
This method was working without any other cleo script back in the day, you could just swap weapons with any weapon hack but they thought they patched it and if you do it without the cleo you will be auto banned.

YOU CAN NOT SWAP A SHOTGUN INTO A AK-47/M4, IF YOU DO SO THE WEAPON WILL NOT SYNC. YOU WILL STILL NOT BE BANNED BECAUSE OF THE ALLOW WEAPONS CLEO BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO BE CAREFUL...
Now for people that still don't get it:
1.Download the Cleo provided + A weapon hack
2.Log into OG-RP and purchase/craft a random weapon, lets say a Shotgun
3.Type /.allowwep
4.Hold the Shotgun in your hand and hack a Spas-12
5.Make sure you're close to your car and the trunk is open
6.Type /trunk store weapon Shotgun (I'm not sure if this is the correct cmd...) or /dropweapon Shotgun (Do not type Spas12 in /dropweapon)
7.Boom, the Shotgun will store/get dropped and the Spas-12 syncs, now relog.
No problem. Lets see if OG-RP can fix this.
