[HD] Awesome Gta Graphics Problem

I downloaded this Icenchancer because i was looking for some crazy gta graphics i thought it would work if i install on clean gta but the graphics dont work i go on samp and hit "Shift FN F12" and it shows this.

Reflective bump doesn't work in sa:mp, this was a problem for a very long tine and no fix so far, also water shader don't work either on sa:mp. Try the using the latest .76 enb series version. :imoverit:

So really some HD ENB's dont work because sometimes i get blur when i rotate camera with Good ENB's unless its my graphic card because i dont know why but my graphic card is.

AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics

Which is HD graphics i think unless i have to configure it like with my HD sound does anyone have a good Graphics mod that works on SA-MP.
