-If you mean the thing in the chat box...It's player Finder I released it several months ago, It works for some and the majority not, It has been outdated it's useless now I guess, It was Made by Edd006 and he don't wanna Update it.

-If you mean the Thing under the Health bar I have no Idea what's that.
