CLEO Help [Help]Blinking problem

Okey I need help about sampfuncs(i think that is it xD) so I have it installed and everything is great but when I click esc my samp is blinking that was the problem with sobeit but I just turned it off with F12 and it worked but I dont know how to fix this

Update your graphics card, try to change resolution.

Open mod_sa.ini
Search for flickering_problem = false (CTRL+F)
and change it to flickering_problem = true
