recently i installed spec cleo mod from <!-- l topic1261.html<!-- l but whenever i try to start sa-mp it start crashing

you have to install samp funcs to make it work, search the forums there are lot of topics about samp funcs and its troubleshooting.

Read the topic/download and you will get it workely & Replace other samp.dll (also it has anticrasher) (( Replace the SAMP.dll 0.3x R1 Not R1-R2 into your gta sa folder like you see in the Error Log))
Just add/replace the CLEO 4.1 Folder to your GTA sa folder and the CLEO Folder add to your Cleo Folder
Done.
