Help Help , i want to remove option from S0beit

i want to remove the option '' Car follow '' from my s0beit , i tried to edit .ini and save but it doesn't work it still working .. or at least i want to change the Hotkey for it nothing works .. change key and save is not working and now i want to remove this option ..
its like this in .ini

# ===========
# car_follow = q

i think the # nothing happens just write instead the "q" a "&0"
"&0" is nothing and so the key is nothing

Try removing the # and changing q to &0, I bet # is a comment line

i tired everything , i even removed those lines from ini. at all but it still working , thats problem for me because when i press Z in game to move it activiate
