how to make all players on the server streamed-in ?

-the players who are in the same world
-the server that has 500/1000 players

exp: i am in grove street and the  player (B) is in san fierro, in the server that has 500 online players, the player B won't be shown on my radar

What ? lol You can't make anyone stream in. That completely depends on them and their connection.

If you're not seeing him on your radar then that server has player markers disabled probably.

but when i am on a server that has only 20 players online i can see all of them on my radar -_-
