CLEO Help Help me with lag.cs

I don't get this no more.
I downloaded Lag.cs 1 sec, I put it in map with GmPatch.cs

But still when I'm ingame, I activate it, and people can still hit me easily.

I tried out two different gmpatch's from this forum, even the one Springfield linked me tho.
But still they can hit me easily? HOW?
