[HELP] Names and HP bar InGame

I am playing GTA SAMP for 4 years and i was playing it normaly. I reinstalled it and when i come IG i coudnt see the names and hp bars of players. Please help me i cant play if I dont see names and hp.When i put nametag in Cleo folder i cant see any names and hp bars of players. What shood i do ?

Also , i cant turn on my wallhack for SAMP (maybe because it dosent show names at all ) , here is crash code when i want to turn on WH:
