CLEO Help [HELP REQ]SAMPFUNCS

Hello everyone.
Since i reinstalled my OS from Windows XP to Windows 7 64 bit SAMPFUNCS dont even wanna work.
I tried all compatibility From Windows XP To Windows Server 2003.

I have installed.:
- http://ugbase.eu/releases-6/checkpoint-syncer-0-3-7/
- Gta Sa US 1.0
- SAMPFUNCS 5.2.2 also tried 5.2.1
- CLEO 4.1
- DirectX End User Runtime
- DirectX 9.0c
- Some CLEO's are working perfect but which needs SAMPFUNCS its only crashing and in loadscreen the background wont changed.
- ASILoader says : "Error loading plugin SAMPFUNCS.asi"

This cleo was worked perfectly on Windows XP with same things installed.

Now it doesnt say Error loading plugin but nothing happens with background and still crashing.
Strange error.

If you have any AC installed, add an exception for SAMPFUNCS.

Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Set run as admin for SA-MP and SA.
