The FireStarter Method, works for me.

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Wait 1-26 hours before you try to resolve. For some it works instantly, for others it will take 1-26 hours. (That is because, if you have been resolved on that site before, it will still show your IP, if you wait 1-26 hours, it wont be able to resolve your IP.
I have already posted the fully working solution above.
This one ain't.

Yours is simply one of the many solutions. This one is the working solution which I have been using it for months, and tried on resolvers, nobody can resolve my real IP hah ! Besides, all skype resolvers make use of that same lame old API. You can believe it or stay in denial.

Give me your username and I'll resolve it, easily.

All you are doing is placing Skype connection through default localhost, I'm doing something additional to that, and using actual scripts.

I'm doing more than placing it under local host IP, pmed ya. Go ahead, give your best shot.

Find a good stresser/booter website that offer "IP blackslisting" and pay $2 depends on how much they wants and it works.

some of the links were dead can you repost theM?
Just create a .vbs file using what I have written above...

you know what, here it is:
run "don.VBS" to make the changes.
run "undon.VBS" if you want to revert to regular Skype.
