.ASI and .SF files are hard to decompile. Because every unique script compilers out there might have a different assembly construction that makes decompilers inaccurate and generate obfuscated codes that are hard to understand. It's not worth it to try and is a waste of time.
My suggestion is to fabricate the .asi or .sf script yourself(in my opinion), you can ask for an idea on how code your target script here on a separate topic.
