Help how to install in window XP?

* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully, add details): how to install sampfuncs? i tried to install but i need DirectX? please help.

Download SAMPFUNCS 3.2.asi and .asi loader (google "silent's asi loader") and put them on the GTA FOLDER.
