How to open .cs hack files on Visual Studio Code C or C++?
I'm trying to open .cs hack files but i get these types of texts: �
How to open them, or maybe they are encrypted?

I'm trying to get into SA:MP gamehacking but it's really hard because i'm new to programming.
Can anyone help me?

You mean C# Files or CLEO files?

And if you are totally new to programming it doesn't make sense to start at game-hacking. You should first learn the C++ (or C# whatever) language a bit.
