Help I crash in NGRP's tutorial everytime I have a VPN.

I crash in NGRP's tutorial everytime I have a VPN. I use SoftEther VPN and it used to work but for some reason it doesn't work. I just get "Server is restarting" or whatever. I don't know why it stopped working but could you help me?

i try to create a new accoun (new alt) with a vpn but the login screen just disseapers? however when i login in an excisting account my main with the vpn its just fine..

When I wait it says 60 seconds ended you been kickedcuz you didnt login while i did enter password?

What about me? I use that, but it lets me make a password then it just stops, just shows a screen of a certain location like it was a tutorial.
