I just downloaded sobeit 4.3.3.3 source I cant compile

I just downloaded the sobeit 4.3.3.3 source hoping to edit and get rid of some cheats that i want to remove. But I can't compile i get this error.
Error 1 fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory c:\users\NGGHacker\desktop\mod_sa_v4.3.3.3_source\src\main.h 73 mod_sa
If someone can tell me how to fix please do.
