Infinite Bullet

As I've heard, NOPs bypass SA:MP servers' anti-cheat. Correct me if I'm wrong. Enlighten me.

Is there cleo/whatever where I can input a custom amount of bullets for a certain weapon and a NOP to make it undetectable? I've already tried each of the infinite bullets here and I ended up getting busted.  key:

No you can't since 0.3z the Server can monitor every bullet you shoot, that means they can predict your bullet's and if you have more than you shot -> ban / kick whatsover
