Stream zone is like if you where limited to see playes in map so there is a circle around you where is depending the distance between you and the target , if the target have much distance than your pos and if is bigger value than the radius of the stream you u can not see the target in the map.

Because I needed to make sure if it's possible  :sadpepe:
