CLEO Help =iTroll= Whenever I press Click I just hang for some seconds

Hi guys, As the topic says when I troll a player I hang for seconds then I come back to my place and player gets in the air but..
Why do I hang? I have very good AMD HD Radeon 7520G Graphics Card with AMD Dual Core Processor which runs GTA SA:MP and GTA IV smoothly..
Why do I hang?
Is it because of those 23 mods in my directory?

Which troll mod you use to troll a player?
Quantity does not matter, i have 60+ of cleo files in my directory.
