Why most of the SAMP cleo hacks work only with CLEO V4.1? and not 4.3

CLEO 4.3 has different opcodes/classes and keywords
Example:
4.3: $CAR = Actor.Car($PLAYER_ACTOR)
4.1: $CAR = Actor.CurrentCar($PLAYER_ACTOR)

I'm too lazy to search for other different things.
Anyway, I hope you get it.

Classes don't matter at all lol, you can change 0@ = thermal.isSucking($springfield) won't matter.

Opcode parameters and return paramaters changed in 4.3, so some scripts from 4.1 might work, others not.

like that said the diffrent is not like u think the diffrence is when someone know if he there or no that why me say to you u need to know before u do what u know to do because cleo 4.3 and cleo 4.1 is not like u think if someone think like that so u should know before u do something like u said to cleo if cleo said that if u said u know u will know because its good to know something that no one know if someone know that u need to know if he know first then tell him if he know or just tell him why u know and me no know

Is there any list of changed opcodes? I know only that 0AB5 isn't working and I have to scan vehicles pool instead and compare distance from actor.

Maybe there is a changelog or something that gives full details of changes. I haven't tried/installed 4.3.
