CLEO Help Life indicator and samp vest indicator

I need help with this mod here, when I receive some damage this mod shows a heart icon on the character's head, is there a way to show a vest icon while I am receiving damage and when I finish the vest it shows this heart until I die? I'll leave an example in the images
