CLEO Help Making scripts work on newer versions

How so scripts don't work (e.g. SA:MP crashes) on newer versions and yet, they work perfectly fine on older versions of SA:MP? Scripts I'm particularly asking about don't use OP codes Kalcor mentioned in R4 update, so this is what gives me shit load of things on my mind. Any experienced coder knows something about this?

Standard opcodes work on any "SA:MP Version" as they are GTA:SA's opcodes and not SA:MP (SF).

If SA:MP crashes it's most likely because that CLEO uses SAMPFUNCS (which is only compatible with 0.3.7 R1) or the CLEO writes values to old memory addresses of older SA:MP versions while you are using newer versions and the offsets etc. are outdated.
