CLEO Master Car[0.3.7-R1/No SF]

Hello to all ugbase members, I posted this thread with the intention of helping people who had a crash related to the SAMPFUNCS of the Master Car mod (entering any restricted vehicle). I kind of tried to adapt the mod using snippets(without needing SF), hope it helped.(Only tested on version 0.3.7-R1)
