Help Missing files from gta_sa folder.

It wasn't working for me so I deleted all files that were placed into my gta_sa folder.I thought I couldn't play without it but I could.I just came here to ask if someone can give me those files I lost....
d3d9.dll -
D3DX9_43.dll -
samp.dll -
I would appreciate if someone could answer me do I need those files or I can play without it,also I would appreciate if someone can give those files to me if it's unnecessery.

First reinstall SA-MP.

You don't need d3d9.dll/d3dx9_43 unless you use s0beit/enb. Just reinstall sa:mp 0.3z.
