Is there a cleo do increase my ping and decrease the time you want? if any pass me it please.

Cleo mods can't increase or decrease pings, but you can raise your ping, download porn via Bittorrent then play, your ping will go high.

doesnt work for everyone  :sweet_jesus:
if u have high speed internet like me you get 100 ping in almost every server wether download or not

Here's another thing, run multiple connections, example - stream 5 F-HD Youtube videos, and the ping will go sky high

You can delay packets, but not with cleo afaik.

download or upload, it will have the same effect, either it will contribute full speed to one application and the another will slow down or the speed will be divided. Doesn't matter what you do. If you have a ultra high speed connection like 25 Mbits or 50 or 75 Mbits, nothing will raise your fucking ping either way.

Youtube is bandwidth hogger, streaming few hours length video in FHD recorded at 60 FPS can put strain on your connection for the timebeing.
