Help mod_sa is not working

When I start SA-MP, the game comes up, then when the loading screen fades, it freezes and stays frozen and all I see is the FPS in the right bottom corner, then I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete then Alt-Tab repeatidly, then go to Task Manager, and it says "gta.exe is not working anymore" JUST to get out of it. Can someone help me with this problem?

• google for DirectX Update
• update your graficcard drivers
• try Aio runtimes, it's fixing most problems and missing files / patches http://www.sereby.org/site/aio
