CLEO Help mods cs keep running even when gta is not on focus

I was wondering if there's any way to make mods cs keep running even when gta is not on focus

I'm pretty sure it's called Anti-Alt tab and sampfuncs has this if you go to "SAMPFUNCS" folder and "sampfuncs-settings.ini" and then put antipause on and then exit the game without pausing. Not sure if you need to run the game in windowed/borderless but I do and it works.
