Mods don't load

Okay so basically I turned my computer on this morning, went on a server and none of my mods were there. nothing has been edited at all and I haven't changed how I start the game up. This includes weapon skins, player skins, vehicle skins, CLEO's, my HUD, my custom minimap and my custom map. Does anyone know how to fix it?
P.S everything is still in my folder nothing has been moved/deleted

Are you using ModLoader? If yes, then double check if you haven't replaced your ASI Loaders, or something. Also make sure you got ModLoader.asi in root directory of your GTA SA.

And, check ModLoader.ini and see if IGNORE ALL=TRUE, or not, if yes, change it to =FALSE
