Help Nametag 0.3z

I've been trying to use a .asi file for nametags, using alt+f3 ingame and nothing happens.

I'm on windows 7 x64.

I've tried giving full permission etc. taking ownership of the folder/file. unblocking the file. Nothing works.

Any ideas?
