Help need help for frostyvpn and Raksamp.

Hey Folks,
I was using Raksamp for 3x it was working fine. And i was using opnvpn for IP change. After banning 2-3 times, when i again change my IP using disconnecting my internet it keep showing YOU ARE BANNED FROM SERVER. Any Solution for this?
And i tried to use FrostyVPN but when i connect it to any country server my changed to that country but when i open Raksamp. My rak samp crashed in 5 secs. Any solution for this?
