you can use my PrismX mod it has server switch feature http://ugbase.eu/Thread-PrismX-Cleo-MultiCheat-Source-Code?page=1

click on server joiner button under the middle menu and servers will pop up here see picture https://s17.postimg.org/g1101wokf/sa-mp-046.png

press F9 to open menu and you need sampfuncs for this
