Help PINGPOINT.CS and SAMPFUNCS 2.3 --how to install

I downloaded PingPoint cleo and SAMPFUNCS 2.3 by FYP too.
But I don't know how to  :imoverit: install SAMPFUNCS so can someone tell me where should I put the files in GTA SA folder?

You need sf 5.1.1 , 2.3 was for 0.3x only!
Also, if you will install sf  5.1.1, you will need to so this.
1. Go to GTA folder
2. Create a folder named Sampfuncs
3. ?????
4. Done.

You will need a strong asiloader, gta sa v1.0 us and cleo 4.1.

If Lagcomp if on then its skin shot -.- pingpoint would be useless..
