CLEO Help [Problem] Checkpoint.cs

Hey there, I've downloaded the checkpoint.cs by opcode.exe but I've some problems.
When I type "GO" it drives like it should, but once I type it again it's still driving, although it's suppose to stop.
Any idea how can I fix that?

Oh that .cs file is crypted, i know how to encrypt but i need permission from opcodexe. Im sorry i  cant help with this, but contact Opcodexe.

How can it be a crypted version? It works for my friend but not me....

With that crypted i meant, i cant open that file and edit it with sannybuilder till i encrypt it.
