i tried spawning the bot even in "Cheating allowed" server and still cant spawn the bottry bot spawning feature in simple server without anticheat, it may be that server you are in has strong advanced anti cheat against bots, and it allows only 1 account per 1 IP.

I had this problem too, but somehow someone offered me a solution and I found a way to fix it.
I think he gave me some files that I replaced, but I can't rememer what files since it's been a while

Why don't you use RakSamp ? It works great and similary as the YSP mod
