Probably yes, using "Cleo in cleo" snippet by Opcode.exe. I made one mod with 2 additional ones inside using the snippet, it worked fine (btw after changing from sampfuncs 3.1.2 to 4.0 one of the mod didn't load though, it might be a problem caused by something completely not relevant to the snippet itself but i'm not sure)

Edit: I think it's impossible if any of the mods you'd like to merge is crypted because you need to edit the script (there is no any "create1CleoFromMany.exe" which would give you one file made by 5 other files)

Edit2: Try it yourself or post what mods exactly would you like to merge and i'll try to do it if I have some free time
