What I want to achieve: I want to make a radar marker using sampfuncs api c++. (I simply wanna mark those players that are invisible to radar. Simply put, I wanna unhide them.)
Problem: The Sampfuncs -> radar api doesn't work on this type of rp that I'm playing, I've already tried it on other servers and it worked.
Any alternatives aside from using api?
