reaction test(to copy one line from ingame chat)

where i saw it: Opcodexe did something like that on a server called Extreme Missions he still holds the record on our server 0.2seconds q.q but he's banned
what i want: just a simple cleo that will allow me to copy one line of chat from ingame( with out having to go to the SAMP folder and open chatlog.txt) esentially its for reaction tests so you must get what i mean
activation: how ever you made it cuz' your the scripter just make clear instructions please

i found one from a server forum something about using SAMPFUncs but thats all it said no instuctions no nothing..

i saw somone on a forum named car that used SAMPfuncs or something to copy a line from chat.. is there a way to utilize the console of SAMPfuncs for that?
